Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Late check-out until 18:00 can be added as an extra (€20).

Can I check in early?
Early check-in is free when your room is ready; until then we look after your luggage.
What if I arrive late at night?
If you arrive after 22:00, send us your arrival time on WhatsApp. Our receptionist comes to the hotel and checks you in.
How do I reach reception, and which languages do you speak?
Reception is open from 14:00, and you can message us on WhatsApp (+90 533 853 87 05) at any time. Email: info@zumahotelcyprus.com. Our team speaks Turkish, English and Russian.
Do I need to pay in advance? How can I pay?
No prepayment is needed: book direct on WhatsApp and pay when you check in. If you choose online card payment, 50% of your stay is paid by card as a deposit and the balance at the hotel. At the hotel you can pay in cash or by card, and all credit and debit cards are accepted, in EUR, TRY, USD or GBP. Prices are set in euro; other currencies are converted at the exchange rate when you pay.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the price of the first night.
How many guests can stay in a room? Can I bring children?
Every room hosts up to 2 guests aged 6 and over, and children under 6 stay free in their parents' bed. Rooms are arranged for two, without extra beds or cots. Families are warmly welcome.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is a paid car park right next to the hotel.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. You can have breakfast at the café downstairs for an extra charge, for example the Zuma Coffee local breakfast plate (€20).
What is in the room?
Rates include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and daily housekeeping. Every room has a private bathroom with towels, a TV, a refrigerator, and tea and coffee; depending on the room type there is a balcony and a view of the Selimiye Mosque, the Old City or the garden.
Is there a lift? Do you have ground-floor rooms?
The hotel is a historic mansion with rooms on the ground floor and upstairs; there is no lift. If you would like a ground-floor room, mention it on WhatsApp when you book.
How far is the airport? Do you offer transfers?
Ercan Airport is about 28 km from the hotel, around 35–40 minutes by car. We arrange private transfers between Ercan and the hotel: economy €50, S-Class €100, VIP minibus €500 (per vehicle, one way). We also arrange transfers from Larnaca Airport, about 61 km and around 1 hour 15 minutes by car plus the border crossing; message us on WhatsApp for the price.
Where is the hotel, and what is within walking distance?
The hotel is at Müftü Asım Efendi Street No. 26, Walled City, Nicosia. Approximate walking times: Selimiye Mosque 1 min walk, Bedesten 2 min walk, Büyük Han (The Great Inn) 3 min walk, Büyük Hamam 4 min walk, Ledra Street crossing (Lokmacı) 5 min walk.
Can I book a hammam or a massage?
Yes. Hammam rituals and massages take place at Büyük Hamam, the historic Ottoman bath a short walk from the hotel: hammam rituals €40, €60 and €80; massages from €40 (30 minutes) to €130. Add them on WhatsApp or from Zuma Experiences when you book.
What are the house rules?
A valid ID or passport is required at check-in for all guests. All indoor areas are smoke-free. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00, out of respect for our neighbours in the old quarter.
