Booking Terms
These terms apply to reservations made directly with Zuma Hotel Cyprus, Müftü Asım Efendi Street No. 26, Walled City, Nicosia, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus — through this website, WhatsApp, telephone or email. Reservations made through an online travel agency follow the conditions shown on that reservation.
Who provides your stay
Your stay is provided by RSL Turizm ve Ticaret Ltd., which operates Zuma Hotel Cyprus. This website is operated by ZUMA HOSPITALITY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17348645.
How a reservation is made
The website does not show live availability. You choose your room, dates and number of guests and send the request to reception on WhatsApp or by email. Reception checks availability and confirms your room and rate in writing, on WhatsApp or by email. That message is your reservation confirmation.
Rates
Rates are per room per night, in euro (EUR), and are confirmed by reception with your reservation. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and can be added as an extra.
Payment
Your stay is paid at the hotel when you check in, in cash or by card, in EUR, TRY, USD, GBP. Payments are taken at reception by RSL Turizm ve Ticaret Ltd..
Prices are set in euro. If you prefer to pay in Turkish lira, US dollars or pounds sterling, reception converts the amount at the exchange rate in effect when your payment is taken. See Payment Information.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the price of the first night. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Changes
Changes to your dates or room depend on availability. Please tell us as early as possible, and reception will confirm the change in writing.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Early check-in is free when your room is ready; until then we look after your luggage. Late check-out until 18:00 can be added as an extra.
Guests and families
Every room hosts up to 2 guests, children included. Babies up to 2 years stay free in their parents' bed. Pets are welcome.
House rules
A valid ID or passport is required at check-in for all guests. The hotel is a historic building, and all indoor areas are smoke-free.
Guests are responsible for damage caused to rooms or shared areas. Quiet hours apply between 23:00 and 08:00 out of respect for neighbours in the old quarter.
Extra services and experiences
Experience selections made on this site are booking requests. Availability, quantities, timing, partner requirements and the final total are confirmed by reception before a service is considered booked.
Most room, dining and celebration services require at least 24 hours' notice for changes or cancellation. Tours, yachts and partner-operated transport generally require 48 hours. The applicable conditions are confirmed for each service before final booking.
Hammam rituals and massages take place at Büyük Hamam and follow its booking terms.
Guests must disclose relevant allergies, dietary requirements, health considerations and accessibility needs before a food, hammam, massage or activity service is confirmed.
Third-party transport, tour, marine and wellness services may be delivered by licensed partner operators. Guests must follow the operator's safety instructions and present any legally required identification or driving documents.
