Free cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date.
Cancellations within 48 hours
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival are charged the price of the first night, as the room has been held for you.
If you do not arrive
If you do not arrive and have not cancelled, the price of the first night is charged.
If we have to cancel
If we cancel for any reason, you choose between new dates that suit you and a full refund of anything you have paid in advance.
How to cancel
Email info@zumahotelcyprus.com or message us on WhatsApp at +90 533 853 87 05 with your name and dates. Your cancellation takes effect when we confirm it in writing.
How refunds are paid
Where an advance payment has been made, it is refunded to the card or account used for it, in euro (EUR). Refunds to a card usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank; if your card is in another currency, the amount you receive may differ slightly because of exchange-rate movement.
Extra services
Transfers, tours, celebrations and other extra services follow the notice periods in our Booking Terms.
Reservations through travel agencies
Reservations made through Booking.com or another travel agency follow the cancellation conditions shown on that reservation.
