Zuma Hotel Cyprus collects only the personal information necessary to respond to reservation requests and answer guest questions.
Information we collect
When you send a reservation request through this website or via WhatsApp, telephone or email, we collect your name, contact details, your dates, the number of guests, the room and any extra services you request, and any information you choose to share about your stay.
How we use it
We use this information solely to prepare your stay and to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell or rent your information to any third party.
Reservations sent through this website are processed by FormSubmit solely to deliver your reservation to our email inbox. FormSubmit may retain submissions for up to 30 days for delivery and recovery purposes.
Measurement
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to measure how this website is used: the pages viewed, the use of the WhatsApp, telephone and email links, and reservation requests sent (room, number of nights and payment choice only). Measurement starts only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner and is based on that consent.
Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses, and your name, email address and telephone number stay with us. Event data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months; the cookies _ga and _ga_KQDG5PQYSD are kept in your browser for up to 2 years. Google may process this data in the United States; Google LLC participates in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Who is responsible for your data
ZUMA HOSPITALITY LTD, company number 17348645, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, operates this website and is the controller of the personal data collected through it. Data is also shared with RSL Turizm ve Ticaret Ltd., which operates the hotel, so that your stay can be carried out.
What we collect when you book
Your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, your dates, the room, the number of guests, any extra services you choose, how you choose to pay, any deposit paid, and the time at which you accepted our terms.
Card data
We do not receive or store your card number. Card details are entered on the secure page of our payment provider, which processes the payment and returns only a transaction reference, the authorisation result and the last four digits of the card.
Why we keep it
To prepare and confirm your reservation, to deliver your stay and the extra services you choose, to issue refunds where they apply, to meet our accounting and tax obligations, and to answer questions about past stays.
How long we keep reservation records
Reservation and payment records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law, and then deleted.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained for as long as necessary to answer your request and, where relevant, to administer your stay.
