How do I add an experience to my stay?
Choose an experience, add it to your booking request and send the request to reception. The concierge confirms availability, timing and any final details before the service is booked.
When do you collect flight, dietary or celebration details?
After your request, the concierge contacts you directly for flight numbers, pickup names, dietary requirements, cake messages, therapist preferences and exact dates or times.
Can experiences be personalised?
Yes. Private tours, yacht timing, celebration notes, food preferences and transport plans can all be tailored, subject to availability and partner requirements.
What are the change and cancellation windows?
Most in-hotel, dining and celebration services require at least 24 hours' notice. Tours, yachts and partner-operated transport generally require 48 hours. Your concierge confirms the applicable terms before final booking.
Are tour guides available in different languages?
Standard guiding is available in English and Turkish. Other languages can be requested in advance and are subject to guide availability.
Do I need an existing hotel reservation?
Room services, celebration packages, early check-in and late check-out are available only with a valid Zuma Hotel stay. Standalone tours and transport can be discussed with the concierge.
