Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Guaranteed early check-in and late check-out can be added as paid extras.

A valid ID or passport is required at check-in for all guests. The hotel is a historic building; smoking is not permitted indoors.

Guests are responsible for damage caused to rooms or shared areas. Quiet hours apply between 23:00 and 08:00 out of respect for neighbours in the old quarter.

Zuma Experiences

Experience selections made on this site are booking requests. Availability, quantities, timing, partner requirements and the final total are confirmed by the concierge before a service is considered booked.

Most room, dining and celebration services require at least 24 hours' notice for changes or cancellation. Tours, yachts and partner-operated transport generally require 48 hours. The applicable conditions are confirmed for each service before final booking.

Guests must disclose relevant allergies, dietary requirements, health considerations and accessibility needs before a food, hammam, massage or activity service is confirmed.

Third-party transport, tour, marine and wellness services may be delivered by licensed partner operators. Guests must follow the operator's safety instructions and present any legally required identification or driving documents.
